Flinders University Post Office

Retail Precinct for the new Student Hub at Flinders University.

The Post Office has very high stock levels, therefore we designed the retail display system to be minimal and discrete. We instead created atmosphere via a giant suspended mural of an airport runway on the ceiling, reflecting the movement of mail in an abstract manner, while injecting colour and interest to the space.

A Post Office Red resin counter signals from the doorway, and provides a durable surface for high traffic. Along with the paired back display system and movable gondolas the Post office is a flexible, minimal space that allows stock to shine.
